Delivery of gifts in the country

  1. We deliver gift shipments throughout the Polish through courier companies and Polish Post.
  2. Depending on the choice of carrier, shipments are delivered from 1 business day to 5 business days and depending on the choice of shipping method, we will provide a link to track your shipment online.
  3. Through courier companies, gifts are delivered from Monday to Friday on working days from 9:00 to 18:00.
  4. Shipments via The Polish Post are delivered in accordance with the company's working rules.
  5. Orders placed and paid by 12:00 am on working days are shipped on the same day. If the order was placed on a business day, then the order is shipped after the payment is posted on the next business day.
  6. It is possible to send a gift to the selected delivery date. In the order submitted in advance in additional information, please enter the selected delivery date. The shipment will then be shipped in accordance with the deadlines of the courier companies. At the same time, we would like to inform you that it is only possible to indicate delivery dates by selecting courier companies as a carrier.
  7. In exceptional cases, orders placed with a delivery date of 31 December - 1 January, 6 January, Easter, 1 - 3 May, Corpus Christi, 15 August, 1 and 11 November, 24 - 26 December will be served on a working day before or on a working day after the indicated date, due to the working time of the carriers.
  8. Delivery during periods such as Grandma's Day, Grandpa's Day, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Men's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Mikolajki, Christmas, due to the large number of shipments and the burden on courier companies can be difficult. We make every effort to deliver the gift to the chosen date, however, we cannot guarantee this in any case. In extreme cases, if there is a risk of non-fulfillment, we try to send gifts in advance so that the gift reaches the working day preceding the due date.
  9. Handmade "hand made" products are available in our range. We ship such products to order immediately after the preparation of the gift or according to the delivery date indicated in the order, if the relevant carriers have been selected and the deadline for delivery in advance.
  10. All shipments are carefully protected from damage during transport, and we take special care to pack delicate products. We recommend that you open the shipment in the presence of a courier. If mechanical damage (bruising, cracking, scratches, etc.) is found, please draw up an appropriate protocol and report it to us.
  11. Shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment and the size. We advise you to group products in one order. However, packages are limited in size by carrier regulations and if you want to send several gift baskets to the same address, you must place separate orders. Also due to the restrictions applied by courier companies, shipping charges will apply to each of them.
  12. Gifts are delivered in accordance with the working rules selected in the order of carriers. To ensure that your order is effective, please provide a contact phone number to the recipient and a valid address along with your zip code.
  13. The recipient is asked to confirm the receipt of the shipment in writing.
  14. In cases such as refusal to accept a consignment; not to receive the consignment on time; absence of the recipient at the address indicated; providing incorrect address details in the order, the shipment returns to our company and the order is considered completed.
  15. In the absence of the recipient at the indicated address, it is possible to leave a visa, i.e. the courier leaves information asking for contact and setting another delivery date or information regarding the pick-up point and the date of collection. Otherwise, the courier makes another attempt to deliver the next business day. If, during the second delivery attempt, the consignee is also not sent back to the consignor.
  16. After receiving the return shipment, we inform you about the possibility of re-shipment for an additional fee of PLN 50 for courier companies and PLN 15 for mail. The shipment will be re-shipped after the payment has been posted on the next business day or on a fixed date. In case of inability to contact the Customer or due to short-term shelf life of the ordered product, we consider the order to be executed.
