NOTICE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
concerns the Consumer and the Entrepreneur privileged on the rights of the Consumer

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the goods. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send you information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by us), without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund your payment using the same payment methods as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not in pay any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold a refund until we receive the payment or until we have provided proof of return, which is which occurs first.

Please return or transfer the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods / You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The amount of these costs is estimated at a maximum of about PLN 50[1].

We would like to point out that you are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the use of it in a manner other than was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The personal data provided by you will be processed by the Seller for the purposes of performance of your withdrawal from the contract and fulfillment of related requests and in accordance with the rules laid down in the relevant law. You have the right to request from the data controller access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, or object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. More information is contained in the document "Information from the controller of personal data".

You can use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
